Do I need a moisturiser over a PDRN serum?
If your skin runs dry, yes, and a ceramide cream is the sensible one. If it runs oily you may find the serum alone is enough.
Can ceramides and PDRN go in the same product?
They can, but they are usually separate because one is a light water based serum and the other is a fat based cream. Layering them is the normal way.
