What Silka collects, why, and what happens to it. Written to be read, not to be skipped.
What we collect
Your email address if you take the discount or sign in to an account, and your order details: what you bought, where it ships, and the email you paid with. Card numbers are handled by Stripe and never reach this site.
What it is used for
Taking and shipping your order, running your subscription, the six digit codes that sign you in, and service emails about deliveries. That is the whole list.
What we do not do
We do not sell your details, and we do not pass them on except to the services that make the store work: Stripe for payment, and our shipping partners for delivery.
Analytics
The site counts page views so we know which guides are worth writing. The counts are not used to identify anybody.
Removing your details
Email [email protected] and say so. We delete what we hold, except what we are required to keep for tax and payment records.
