Returns and the 90 day risk free trial
The trial is simple. Use it nightly like the page says, and if you do not love it within 90 days of it arriving, return your order and we will make it right. This page is the detail behind that promise.
The window
Ninety days from the day your order arrives. That is roughly three sets of thirty nights, which is long enough to actually know, and the reason the trial is not a fourteen day scramble.
How to start one
Email [email protected] with your order number and say you are returning it. That is the whole process. We reply with where to send it, and there is no form and no phone call.
What condition it needs to be in
Opened is fine. The trial only means something if you actually used the product, so an opened set comes back exactly the same way as a sealed one. We only ask that nothing comes back broken on purpose.
Your refund
Once the return lands, the refund goes back to the card you paid with. If the order was a subscription, only the set you are returning is refunded, and the subscription itself can be cancelled any time from the link in every email.
Who pays the postage
If the order arrived damaged or was wrong, we pay. Otherwise return postage is yours, which is the honest version of free returns: we would rather say so than hide it in the price for everybody.
