About an order
Put your order number in the subject if you have it; it is in the confirmation email from Stripe. Say what happened and what you would like done, and it gets sorted.
About a subscription
You do not need to write. Skipping a month, cancelling, or updating a card are all on the account page, and every email carries the same links.
About a return
Email and say you are returning it. That is the whole process; we reply with where to send it. The refund policy has the rest.
Reviews
Reviews are submitted through the form on the product page. Every one is read by a person before anything is published, and we do not publish email addresses.
