Made and shipped from New Zealand. Free tracked shipping anywhere in the country, and the tracking number lands in your inbox when the parcel leaves.
Delivery
Orders leave Auckland the next business day and most of New Zealand has them within two to four working days. Tracking is emailed when the parcel ships. Delivery estimates are estimates, and a courier delay is not something we control, though we will chase it with you.
New Zealand
Free, tracked, to any New Zealand address including rural delivery. Orders leave Auckland the next business day. Most of the country has the parcel within two to four working days; rural delivery can take longer, and the tracking shows where it is.
Australia
Australian addresses are accepted at checkout, and the shipping cost for Australia is shown there before you pay. Delivery times are longer and depend on the carrier once the parcel crosses.
Prices and GST
Prices are in New Zealand dollars with GST included, so the number on the page is the number you pay. Nothing is added at checkout for a New Zealand order.
If something is faulty
The Consumer Guarantees Act applies and it is stronger than this policy. A faulty product is repaired, replaced or refunded, and the ninety night window is not a limit on that. Send us a photograph and we will sort it out.
