Subscribe and save
A set arrives every month for NZ$29.25. Bought once it is NZ$40.50. The difference is the whole pitch, and the rest of this page is the small print, in plain words.
What arrives
Four ampoules, delivered monthly. Two sets a month, eight ampoules, delivered monthly, is NZ$52.50. The roller head is refillable: it unscrews and fits the next ampoule, so a refill is serum only.
What it costs
NZ$29.25 a month for one set, charged on the same day each month, against NZ$40.50 for the same set bought once. The saving is measured against that one time price, which is the price actually charged, not a recommended price nobody pays.
Subscriptions
A subscription renews monthly at the price shown when you started it, until you cancel. You can skip a delivery or cancel at any time from your account or from the link in every email, and cancelling stops the next charge. We do not require a phone call and there is no minimum term.
Skipping a month
Sign in at the account page, or use the link in any email, and skip the next delivery. The subscription carries on the month after. Skip as many as you like.
Cancelling
From the account page or the link in every email, in one click. Cancelling stops the next charge; nothing already paid for is affected, and nobody will phone you about it.
Returns on a subscription
Returning a set refunds that set. It does not on its own cancel the subscription, so cancel it from your account or the link in any email if that is what you want. Cancelling stops the next charge and nothing after it.
